How to register for JPS
If you are playing in JPS this season, please follow the steps below to get your team set registered. Not sure if you’re playing in JPS, or want to talk it through first? Reach out to Coach Peter before getting started.

Step 1 — Register Your Team
Watch the walkthrough, then register your team. When naming your team, use this format:
Lightning [Color] [Coach Last Name] [Grade][Gender]
Example: Lightning Black Harmon 12B
- Black = top team · White = mid tier · Gray = lower team
- Gender: B for Boys, G for Girls
Step 2 — Register Your Players
Add each player to your roster. The videos show an older version of TeamSnap but the process is the same.

Step 3 — Set Up Coach Email Notifications ⚠ NEW THIS YEAR
This step ensures you receive all coach emails and game score requests. Don’t skip it.
Step 4 — Coach Certification (new coaches only)
If you’re coaching for the first time, complete certification before the season. It’s valid for one year. If you did this in March, you’re all set.
